TJ came out and was very nice. He told me thought my washer needed needed a new accuation relay. The price was $543. After he installed the part several weeks later, I still had the same issue with my washer. TJ came back out and said he had no idea what to do to fix it. He said he could get me a partial refund. I wasn’t thrilled by this, but some of the money is better than nothing. Lost $300 today waiting for what I thought was a 9-12 appointment (Thursday). Only to find out that I was 12-4. On top the supplier didn't input the order. What was a Tuesday diagnostic and a Thursday fix, is now the part may or may not be there by Monday. Another reschedule. Maybe by November it will be fixed.
