Nice on the phone but when my call was transferred to motorcycle parts Noone answered. I let it ring for exactly 3 minutes

Great service!!! We have a suzuki that needed a part that couldn't be found and they found it and had it fixed within a week, most definitely going back for all our suzuki needs.
Service is really slow my car is there for 2 months and is not ready yet. I got it but the check engine show up within an hour. The new engine installed was oily, some cables were not attach any where. The Suzuki technicians don't work on a regular basis.
