Bad Location The Amherst location is much better than this location on Broad St. (now moved to 101A in Nashua). The sales staff there has always been average but nice. However, their service staff is TERRIBLE. They are the grumpiest group of customer service people around. I've never had a problem with their work. But they need to take a bath, and clean up their workspace, and improve their attitudes.

I recently purchased a new snowblower from Nashua Outdoor Power. I was greeted at the door by a knowledgable sales associate who let me browse and made himself available for any questions (which I had many). I narrowed my choices down to 2 machines ... A gentleman walked in with a Nashua Outdoor Power equipment sweatshirt on .. I asked him which one he would buy based on what I was going to be using it for.. he actually picked the lesser priced of the 2 and explained why it would be a better machine for my needs. Worst customer service that you will ever experience. The folks in the repair and customer service department here are completely rude, sarcastic, and unhelpful. It's amazing to me that this place can stay in business. I purchased a lawn tractor here and have had several repairs that needed to be done already in the first year after purchase. All stuff that is covered under the warranty, yet Nashua Outdoor Power refuses to honor the warranty. And to top it off, their repair department is pretty incompetent, they'll "fix" som... read more
