This woman is highly unprofessional and exhibits odd behavior. My child came in to buy a single flower to surprise me and he was charged four times the amount he should have been. I contacted the business and they were just kind of flippant and dismissive. They did issue a refund but their demeanor was a red flag. So I posted on a local Nashua page about the experience. Extremely disappointed with this experience. My son spent the morning mowing lawns to earn money and went to Nashua Flower Shop by himself to buy me a Mother’s Day flower before church. He called ahead and was told a single rose would cost $10. Instead, he was charged $44.99 for one flower. When I called, the difference was refunded immediately, which tells me the charge was obviously incorrect. Nashua Flower Shop was great to work with. I had a general idea of what I was looking for but left it up to them to execute it for me. I just received a picture from my lady(flowers were delivered) and I was blown away by what they created. Thank you for making me look better than I deserve! She loves them!
