I went in to get get pedicure, as soon as you get in ,the owner Jenny asked me what i wanted and told her $40 pedicure, she said $50 is better, she was so pushy in suggesting sales . When it was time to for nail polish Kevin asked me what type of polish, gel or regular I told him gel, the owner Jenny screamed from the front desk $50. Kevin was an amazing guy. But Jenny need help on how to communicate with customer

I called this salon ahead of time and specifically asked if they had kid pedicure chairs because I was bringing my 4-year-old and that I lived over 25 to 30 minutes away and I was told yes. When I got there, they told me they “took them away,” which was the whole reason I chose this place to begin with otherwise I would’ve booked an appointment with the place we normally go.
