I liked the practice much better before it was taken over by the new group. The new doctors' objective is not to manage your pain; it's to manage your pills...and to make it as difficult as possible to get them. The doctors are unreasonable in that they refuse to make necessary exceptions to their sacred rules. I was really sick this past winter--102 fever, no voice, couldn't get out of bed--but it wasn't Covid, so they made me come in for my appointment.
