RecommendedI love Nashoba! Great gym, always clean and they made a lot of improvements over the past year. Also like that they are open 24/7 for us super early birds!
it's a great gym open 24 7 only draw back is the radio is so loud you can't be on the treadmills watching TV' with headphones without cranking up the volume to 100 and you can still hear the music. they should have access to the radio so you can turndown the volume down a little. loud music and 3:30 AM don't mix LOL

Very friendly atmosphere. Staff is always there when you need them. Clean. Love this gym its the best!
