Of the six fillings that NVD has put into my teeth, two of them have fallen out less than two years after the procedure. The second one has already fallen out twice!! They told me that they will not replace it for a second time for free, but will require me to do a full mouth x-ray. I am not insured so this is going to be really expensive.
