It’s been more than a month since the water test sample was collected and the results still not back yet. I called MANY times and they said they will call me back with the result and they have not. They offered to do another test, but I cannot trust them because they are not telling me if they lost the first sample or not …. This is a waste of money and time.
Nashoba Heating does expert installation and service. You can also always count on them in an emergency!
Two experiences to share that led me to my rating. 1) originally misquoted me for the tune-up of an air conditioner unit and a heat pump. They blamed it on the tech being new and offered a $20 discount (minimal) for misquoting and not being able to fulfill the price. At this point, I had no choice but to accept the additional cost. servicing was fine.
