Answer phone calls and emails, require maintenance to do their jobs, charge correct rental amount and take better care of property. Also, our apartment has flooded 3 times!!!! Horrible company..... DO NOT RENT HERE!!!
Lack of communication. Bad customer service. Almost impossible to get someone to help, unless you're a "future tenant". Outdated apartments for the price. Rough/violent neighborhood. Looks nice from bell rd or Murfreesboro pike, but all together a shithole.

They need remodeling and need to be updated to decent living conditions for what is charged in rent

Told us we couldn’t keep our 7 year old dog bc she was “aggressive and tearing up things” nothing in this place is damaged! GTFOH with that bs !
First , I would like to say I have 3 daughters all under 6(9 weeks, 4, & 6 year old)! We got letter from the Sheriffs saying show up to court Monday! Here’s the back story! At this time I was 7 months pregnant & my 2 oldest girl had a leak in their rooms! My husband made a request in July on that because we start to have mold in the vents &basically the ceiling was peeling off(they got someone come vacuum the vents never solved the mold issue in September)! If you are not disabled it’s a decent place besides the parking, but on the other hand if you are disabled it is not for you, there is no overnight patrols or patrols in general, people park in handicapped spaces for the hell of it, You have to fight to get a handicapped space installed for you, they never answer their overnight phones. You don’t get what you pay for. You pay 1000+ on rent to have people sitting inside their cars for an hour blasting music. As I’m writing this, it’s happening. Between 7a-1a, music is blasting from cars. I don’t know how many times you have to call the police on it. If you want to come home and relax, you won’t get that here. CAN NOT WAIT TO MOVE
