The staff is very friendly and helpful with describing the menu items
Chicken is very stringy (fibers). A bit over cooked. Fries were over cooked too.
The best customer service and good Atmosphere.
The food was good, but I had a frustrating customer service experience. I ordered three items and asked for three sauces. I wasn’t told that only one complimentary sauce comes with each order or that additional sauces cost extra. I only found out after receiving my food. Had the cashier explained the policy when I ordered, I would have either paid for the extra sauces or placed separate orders. Instead, I was simply pointed to a sign after the fact.
