Buyer beware! We tried to buy a house that was listed through Nash realty with Daniel Clayton. It miserably failed inspection only to find out that it had been inspected before and those problems had not been fully disclosed in the disclosures. And the disclosures have not been updated since our inspection either. When I called Clayton to ask why the disclosures had not been updated he said that it is not their responsibility to make the seller disclose all the issues.
