They charge a $750 deposit and then take more than half of it for “cleaning”, after already charging a $300 cleaning fee. This was a FURNISHED apartment, rented through furnished finders. It came with hangers, blankets, cleaning supplies, and even food in the cabinets. This was a self showing which was great but I couldn't really rate the persons expertise on showing the property.
Gave me a notice to move out and proceeded to STEAL MY THINGS in the middle of me moving my things out. I hired a woman to clean my place before the end of my lease. They decided to stop her before she started cleaning ordered my key effectively locking my out of my own place. THEY THEN DECIDED TO CHARGE ME FOR THE CLEANING THEY “HAD TO DO.” NASH called me and offered me my deposit ONLY. They refuse to admit they’re wrong and what they did is CRIMINAL.
