This was a self showing which was great but I couldn't really rate the persons expertise on showing the property.
Gave me a notice to move out and proceeded to STEAL MY THINGS in the middle of me moving my things out. I hired a woman to clean my place before the end of my lease. They decided to stop her before she started cleaning ordered my key effectively locking my out of my own place. THEY THEN DECIDED TO CHARGE ME FOR THE CLEANING THEY “HAD TO DO.” NASH called me and offered me my deposit ONLY. They refuse to admit they’re wrong and what they did is CRIMINAL. Two months ago, I would have given this company a 5 star review. They were kind and accommodating. When I told them that this would be my first apartment they were helpful walking me through the process. I signed a lease with them for a 1 bedroom apartment on June 13th and I was set to move in on July 20th. Almost a month later on July 8th, I was called and told that the apartment which I had signed a lease for was actually not available. Two weeks before I was supposed to move in!
