All of the staff are great! Very nice & helpful!! But the building is old - not very accessible. There is a very steep concrete ramp to get into the building - but there are rails on either side that ramp. Also, bathroom is super small - my rollator had to be folded to fit in. My critique only affects those with mobility challenges. Otherwise my experience was fantastic!!
