This is the worst surgeon and medical practice I have ever come in contact with. Aside from having zero bedside manner and the inability to answer questions this clinic failed to do it duty of care for me as their patient. Because they were not prepared and did not take the proper procedural steps I was forced to make a last-minute decision as to whether or not to move forward with an invasive procedure same day and zero preparation.
