I’ve been calling this company since last year trying to get information about an HVAC apprenticeship. Every time I call, the same woman answers and gives me the runaround — saying someone will call me back, telling me to call another day, or avoiding giving any real information. After months of this, it’s hard not to feel like this company is not genuine and possibly biased in who they choose to help. The office staff were horrible, but the technicians were honest, knowledgeable, and hardworking. For that reason, I’m giving them 2 stars. The house we bought in July was built last year, but one exhaust vent was left uncovered in a hard-to-see spot. When I contacted the contractor, the technician said it was likely never covered during installation. He was great, but the office charged me $99.95 even though he said I shouldn’t have to pay. Unbelievably great job. I had two older units which were going out. I first called Nash to tell them it was not cooling. They came out and told me I had a leak in the coils and it was time to have that unit replaced. The other was still working, but also on the 17 year old blink. So they put some refrigerant in it and did a quick fix which they told me would only last for a couple weeks while they ordered the new units. I was sent a surprise bill for an outrageous amount by Nash for a service I did NOT request. When I called to discuss this issue, I spoke with Jennifer who was rude and belittling. In effort to hurry me off the phone she said she'd have someone else call me- but refused to say who or when. Mid conversation, she yelled and hung up the phone on me.

We’ve been waiting on a quote for over a month (after a follow-up call as well).. I can’t speak for their quality of work, but if I can’t even get a quote back I wouldn’t trust a contractor to be reliable.
