I was sent a surprise bill for an outrageous amount by Nash for a service I did NOT request. When I called to discuss this issue, I spoke with Jennifer who was rude and belittling. In effort to hurry me off the phone she said she'd have someone else call me- but refused to say who or when. Mid conversation, she yelled and hung up the phone on me.
We’ve been waiting on a quote for over a month (after a follow-up call as well).. I can’t speak for their quality of work, but if I can’t even get a quote back I wouldn’t trust a contractor to be reliable.
Nash AC was quick to respond to my ac unit failure this weekend. The tech John, quickly diagnosed the problem and fixed in about 30 minutes. He was very professional and explained each step of the process. He even stuck around to make sure the compressor cycles on and off twice to be sure the fix worked properly. I trust the Nash team for my AC issues!!

Bad experience! November 2023. My air conditioning contractor died and I had Nash came out to evaluate my units. I knew that I had a small refrigerant leak in one unit as about a half pound of refrigerant was added two years before as well as one year before Nash came out. This first unit would run a little longer than the other. The second unit had not previously been found to be low on refrigerant and always performed well.
