I had a problem with my air-conditioning unit section in the attic having water in the emergency pan. I called and made an appointment with Nash AC and heating this was over the Fourth of July holiday and they could not come out to the following Monday. Over the weekend the tan started to overfill and I had to pump it out and I used a shop vac to get a clog out of the drain line. $100 lesson learned…don’t rely on this company for diagnostics or repairs. They do not stand by their work and want to charge again when the same issue occurs 2 days later. Details: I’m not an AC expert so terminology is not AC specific. Had a clog in the drain pipe between the indoor/attic unit and washout drain pipe (where you can DIY blow the drain pipe) This caused an overflow from the coils and was leaking through from the attic to the walls below. I recently bought a house that Nash had done some work to the A/C unit on during the escrow period. After closing on the house, I noticed some water damage coming from the attic. One of the drain pipes had not been correctly attached and water had dripped into my wall for weeks causing over $2000 dollars in water damage. When I called Nash to explain they denied all responsibility and were absolutely unwilling to help cover the cost of damages. I’ve been calling this company since last year trying to get information about an HVAC apprenticeship. Every time I call, the same woman answers and gives me the runaround — saying someone will call me back, telling me to call another day, or avoiding giving any real information. After months of this, it’s hard not to feel like this company is not genuine and possibly biased in who they choose to help.
