Would have been appreciated if the items that were unintentionally left in the vehicle because when cleared it out I was in panic mode; having to surrender my only form of transportation - would have been recovered and allowed to be claimed- before the car was sold 2 days after surrender. because it wasn't just a chapstick left under a seat. It was $100 OBD reader that I still need. And my $75 phone holder... "It was likely left in the vehicle or thrown in the garbage" was what I was told...

If I could give 10 starts I would! This man( Norman) has went above and beyond for my 19’yr old daughter! It’s hard to trust people in the industry of selling cars, but this place you can 100 percent trust! Any problem she has had he has been right there to make it right!
