Of the 4 or 5 times I went there I saw Azar once. The rest were PA's or I believe other doctors. I waited over 45 minutes after the time of my actual appointment to speak to anyone in the examination room. Especially when all I needed was blood work or xrays done. Schedule was always booked as well. When I needed PT and I explained to him that I work a regular 9-5 and didn't offer any assistance as where I could get PT locally since I work 45 minutes away. I changed providers finally.
I saw a PA. Wouldn't recommend to anyone
