I just called the office 4 times for a refill and was hung up on each time!
Dr Kamkar has been my PCP for almost 15 years. His bedside manner and follow through is the best you could ask for. Simply put, he cares; and I have ALWAYS have a pleasant experience with staff. Since the pandemic I hadn’t been into his physical office in a few years and the new staff was great too. Nicole went out of her way to get all my information and charts photo copied for my visit to a specialist. That went a long way!
I left this office because of how horrible my care and how horrible the attitudes of the staff were. Also, they made us pay a copay to do a video chat and made me take my own vitals, which I'm not trained to do. They nickle and dime you for everything and take their time getting back to you. Dr Kamkar never remembered my chart, I had to always remind him what was going on even if it was HIS orders that he prescribed me.
