Terrible provider! We tried telling her about mom’s dementia and then we kept telling her about mom’s not caring for herself and she refused to listen because mom kept saying I’m fine. I’m fine. Yeah, mom was doing very strange behaviors like putting her own poop in a jar and this doctor wouldn’t listen. Kindly we all deserve better than what Dr. Saira Naseer is able to give. I’m unable to recommend Dr. Naseer at this time due to ongoing challenges with office management and communication. I’ve experienced significant difficulty in reaching the office, and unfortunately, this has left me feeling unsupported. If you’re looking for a provider, I’d suggest exploring other options to ensure you receive the level of care and responsiveness you deserve.
Dr Naseer is excellent and patient focused. She genuinely cares about her patients and is a smart and thorough caregiver. This is also reflected in her staff. And keeping staff is a challenge due to the heavy workloads and clerical demands made of personnel.
We use to be happy with Dr. Naseer and have hung in there hoping the office would get their act together but it has been about three yrs and we honestly no longer feel safe as there is no follow up, results having to be tracked down months later as no one bothers to tell you anything and I have yet to get a re scheduled appt. that they cancelled months ago.
