Horrible customer service - after using their service for few months, I wanted to cancel - I have been there 4 times just to cancel my monthly membership but to no avail. Manager is only one authorised to cancel and he is never on duty - 4 times - they take my cell and promise someone will call next morning but thats all lies - they don't care - my membership got auto renewed through this process but i can neither get them to cancel nor refund - Wish there was option of 0 stars here - Never experience anything as horrible as... read more
This place is run by a bunch of teenage boys.whoever is working in the morning, they are terrible customer service. There used to be a guy and a girl working at night. I don’t know what happened to them but they actually knew what they were doing and how to treat customers. This wash is going down hill fast. I’d stay away!
