Been trying to get ahold of their office to explain and verify a random medical bill I received in the mail, even though I’ve never been to this clinic. Their phone numbers on the letter are going to random people and THEY NEVER pick up the office phone. I even tried emailing, no response. Apparently Oluwatosin Edun processed this bill without calling me first. So I have NO idea what this is or where it came from. How is this legal?
Charging people for covid test here, even though they are suppose to be free. You will test yourself they won’t do it. They won’t call, email or text you your results. Get your medical service absolutely anywhere else.
What's the point of making an appt if I will not be seen on time. Everyone is on their phone. Even during covid is almost as if they just don't care. They asked me to sign a medical release to a blank entity. I refused to sign. That is a horrible practice for confidentiality. Why do you need a medical release for new patients.
