Excellent support from the Dr. and his staff. Professional service from the time you met the front desk. Kudo’s to the X Ray Tech and the assistants who work with patients before Dr. Ditty arrived in the room. Well done!
They never send test results, even after multiple reminders. It’s also nearly impossible to reach them by phone.
What insurance company is a pleasure to deal with? Insurance companies want to deny procedures, they tend to be in compassionate towards providers. A skilled staff can get their patients the help they need without having to alert the patient that their insurance is terrible. This is unprofessional and has no business being discussed while speaking with the Doctor.
Do not recommend!!!! The most unpleasant and unprofessional healthcare facility ever!!!!! I wouldn’t even consider getting a consultation!!! They need to be investigated
