👎***Frustrating and unprofessional.***I called to inquire about a arthroscopic hip procedure That is recommended based on my MRI. I was told that is something they offer and then I tried to make an appointment but they said they do not take HMO plans even though they are in network with my plan. I had to have Florida blue call them to explain I can make an appointment. Receptionist cannot confirm the appointment correctly at all - beware! I called to confirm my appointment and asked if the appointment will be in this location and she said yes. Come to find out, it wasn’t! I had to drive an extra hour away to get to the appointment. Ridiculous and unprofessional. Office manager is rude as well.
