Receptionist cannot confirm the appointment correctly at all - beware! I called to confirm my appointment and asked if the appointment will be in this location and she said yes. Come to find out, it wasn’t! I had to drive an extra hour away to get to the appointment. Ridiculous and unprofessional. Office manager is rude as well.
