Dr. Agnes is a good caring doctor but the office was disgusting. The front area had food dust on tables and floors. The exam rooms had dirt on walls food smeared on cabinets and dirt and hair all on the floors. My husband needed blood work they couldn't even find the vine in both arms. The office was unsanitary so will she really take care of my health if her home based looks like that.
Billing/Coding is a joke! They keep charging our private insurance for random visits! The most recent one being for 11/30/2025 how is that possible if they aren’t even open on Sunday’s gave them different opportunities and who ever does their billing needs to either go back to school or loose her certification I’m about to file a fraud claim against the billing department.
