These people schedule appointments for service and make you sit at home all day waiting for them and don't even give you a COURTESY CALL to let you know that they are either running behind or won't be able to make the service appointment. When you call about half our til office closing time they simply say oh I'm sorry we've rescheduled you for tomorrow at such hour so the customer waits not being able to do any of the errands needed to be handled because of this inconvenience. Javier Narvaez came to my house to fix my dryer and couldn't fix it right so I call for the second time to fix the issue and he start screaming and being disrespectful. Horrible services!!! I really don’t know how he has a business. Worst service ever And don't recommend this company at all. His attitude and him being disrespectful at my house is not somebody that you want at your house.
This business is very reliable, they give very reasonable prices.They are very trustworthy, respectful, and hardworking. Mr. Narvaez finished the job without any hassle. I would totally recommend them!!!!
