Very professional and responsive. One must understand that no matter what there will always be issues that arise when living in a multiple unit building. I can say that they are very fair in addressing them and do so in a timely manner always give a very thorough explanation. Very professional in their documentation as well. Happy to have them as my property manager.

Avoid this company at all costs, ESPECIALLY if you're looking for coop building management. Very poor, uncoordinated management company.
