Latisha and I worked together in the past supporting youth and families experiencing heavily traumatic events. Latisha’s knowledge and skills in the realm of trauma therapy resulted in the best possible outcomes. She is dedicated to her mission and has an innate talent for this work!
Collaborating with Latisha for Brainspotting has been incredibly transformative for me. In just two sessions, she skillfully guided me through overcoming challenges with boundary setting. I wholeheartedly recommend her to anyone interested in addressing specific triggers or exploring alternative approaches beyond traditional talk therapy.
I had two brainspotting sessions in July to get over a specific trigger and it dawned on me the other day that I have not had that trigger even once since my sessions. Highly recommend seeing Latisha especially for brainspotting.
