I came in needing the main waist button sewed back on a pair of pants and was prepared to come back another time to pick them up. I filled out the paper/carbon receipt at the counter, and by the time I was done the lady handed me my pants. "All done" she said. Wow, a better job then when they were new. I had a very good experience.

Terrible tailoring service. I paid $35 to have my beautiful coat shortened, and they completely ruined it. Never coming back
They have always done a stellar job with my Navy uniform patches, whether it was a rate badge or service stripes. Usually only a few days turnaround.
