I highly recommend Charlene DeGroot with Narrow Road Realty!! She was so easy to work with and went above and beyond. I live in Texas, my uncle passed away who lived in Leesburg Florida. So selling a home while out-of-state would have been nerve-wracking if I didn't have Charlene!! She even helped return the internet/cable boxes to the store! Brad came highly recommended by our property appraiser. His expertise was stellar and invaluable in selling our 75 year old duplex.
