This place is a mobile home park. The owners are very good to their Renters and keep this park very clean. It's kid friendly. With that being said there is no playground for them to access. However, there's a basketball court that could be updated. Renters certainly look out for one another and it's a relatively quiet,peaceful, and respectful place that you could relax and enjoy your family without drama and hooligans.
Helped a friend of mine move into this park about a year ago now. It was a little rough at first but not because of the park it's self. This trailer park has become a great home to my friend and a great temporary home when I come visit. It's a simple layout and so far even the neighbors and others in the park seem to keep up on their properties and are friendly in passing.
