I believe they stealing your money, I went in just to see how much a 1 bedroom , as soon the girl saw me she said that I had to make three times the amount of rent. I had heard about this ,so that's why I wanted to find out myself. It is true. There are people living in the streets because people like this . It's not fair at all.
This place is horrible. As someone who has had many snow removal contracts. Looking at the type of contractor they hire, tells me a lot. The walkways behind the cars aren’t cleared, the road in the parking lot barely even touched. Not to mention that the back drives weren’t even looked at. When I asked the men working for the contractor why they’re not touching it. Their response was that they weren’t supposed to. What kind of decent complex leaves snow covering the walkways? Had the absolute worst experience with the guys from about halfway through my rental until way after I moved out. First when they want to do work on the apartments they ask all pets be secured, I understand that. The one day I was home and was not informed someone would be coming in to do a check on my heating system. They left the sliding door and screen open while they went to check. This includes $300 annual to use the pool, for example. If you have adult visitors to the pool, that's $50 per temp pass. If you rent here, get renter's insurance.
