I was approved for an apartment here. However they tried to charge me illegal deposits which I asked about multiple times and got bs answers. Per NJ law you cannot charge 1st AND last months rent along with security deposit, and they were charging me exactly that. Even after I explained to them this is not allowed and goes against the law, they still kept asking for it. These apartments are advertised as luxury but are far from it. The quality of these apartments is nowhere near what you'd expect for the price you're paying. Maintenance request take forever to get resolved. Appliances are constantly breaking, I had to get my washer replaced twice and it still doesn't even work. My AC broke right before summer and its still not fixed two months later. This place sucks, whatever you do don't move here.

Absolute nightmare. Office staff is incredibly rude and condescending, maintenance requests are ignored for extended periods (maintenance men are friendly thankfully). Rent is constantly raised with no attention to apartment maintenance. Avoid at all costs!
I believe they stealing your money, I went in just to see how much a 1 bedroom , as soon the girl saw me she said that I had to make three times the amount of rent. I had heard about this ,so that's why I wanted to find out myself. It is true. There are people living in the streets because people like this . It's not fair at all.
