I have 3 children. My oldest son is 17. He was born with a rare metabolic condition and has only ever seen Dr. Mcgee Coughlin, unless it was a sick visit. I have even worked in this office as an MA. I know what its like being on both sides of that check in window. When I worked there it was awful and I was fired for being pregnant, isn't that ironic, but at least they were kind to their patience. Front desk staff is brusque and talk down to you. Gave them the benefit of the doubt on the first visit but it happened again so here I am. His doctor is the reason we come here though; Very congenial and takes time to answer and ask questions.
