We love Narragansett Bay Pediatrics! Dr. Murray and Dr. Kendall are amazing! We are going to miss Dr. Murray, but are glad we have Dr. Kendall as well! Dr. Kendall saved my daughter’s life. Took her in for severe ear pain and my daughter is a lifelong ENT patient and has ear tubes. The pain kept getting worse with a little bit of discharge from ears, but the back of the right ear was very tender and red. What is the point of having a pediatrician if you can't bring your child for a sick visit? I have a school age child that I wanted to bring in for an earache. The only appointment they had that day was while my child was in school. OK. I asked if I can schedule an appointment for him to be seen tomorrow. No. You would have to call tomorrow to see what we have available. Or I was told maybe he will "feel better by tomorrow". Dr. Murray saw my son Carmelo for the first nine months of his life before she retired this past August. She was and will remain, I believe, a once in a lifetime practitioner. She made me feel like I was talking to a trusted family member, full of wisdom and knowledge, with a spunky sense of humor and infectious laugh. I have 3 children. My oldest son is 17. He was born with a rare metabolic condition and has only ever seen Dr. Mcgee Coughlin, unless it was a sick visit. I have even worked in this office as an MA. I know what its like being on both sides of that check in window. When I worked there it was awful and I was fired for being pregnant, isn't that ironic, but at least they were kind to their patience. Now, the amount of errors and dumb mistakes are obviously due to lack of management and constant changes. I called MONTHS ago to m... read more
