Worst insurance company I ever dealt with. The company issued a policy then requested that eaves be repaired during winter storms. I provided them with a contract indicating the repairs were being taken care of and they cancelled the policy anyway after telling me that if the repairs were made the policy would not be cancelled. As a result I had to scramble for new coverage and incur a higher premium. Avoid this non-professional company.

I would give Narragansett Bay Insurance a negative infinity if that were possible. I have had nothing but problems to poor response, a written commitment to pay the claim, to after 6 months a denial of coverage. I have hired a lawyer. Wow, this company is HORRIBLE! The inspector came, took pictures, 2 weeks later get a notice stating they are cancelling our insurance...for a boarded up window...hmmm, glass was getting replaced and I told the guy that. Funny, window has been in now for a week and a half....just like I said it would be 😡. Funny though, everything in house was brand new and they can't insure it?? Sounds fraudulent to me. DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THEM.
