To complicated to pay bill on line?! I never had a problem before! Now They made hard, not necessary for this mess
Why is it so difficult to just pay my bill? There must be an easier way, surely?
Monthly when I pay my bill I am asked unnecessary questions. Why ? I know they aren't necessary because I intentionally lie on the answers yet the payments go thru. Never and response to this foolishness when posted. Monopoly ! No one else asks these questions when I pay their bills. Just try it you'll see they aren't necessary

NBC only hires employees with political pull whether they are qualified or not. This explains the corruption and incompetence of their employees.
