why is my sewer bill almost twice as much as my water bill? and why do we have to smell you guys in our houses? I feel like I pay you to make my neighborhood smell like sewer!resident from Washington park.

They are incompetent, the new website is dysfunctional and their response time sucks.
I've paid my bill on time since I moved to RI. They're accounting is so terrible that they I keep getting late notices even though I have proof that I've paid through my bank. ive called and left messages, no one ever calls back. I have 0% trust in a company that deposits your money and cant place it to your account.

I just want to pay my bill because I have to; not because I like you or want to be social. You do a lousy job providing clean water. My toilet and sinks are stained with your clean water. I had someone come here to check things out and he refused to drink the water in front of me. Now I can't even find a way to pay the bill on line.By the way, thanks for fixing the pipes. My sidewalk is cracked now but at least the stains are now light brown instead of that old darker color.
Answer their customers when they leave messages, and send bills out in a timely fashion, or at all. LOWER THEIR RATES, AND STOP CHARGING US CONSUMPTION. WE ALREADY PAY CONSUMPTION WHEN WE USE THE WATER IN OUR WATER BILLS.
