This review is focused specifically on the community security issues and how those concerns have been handled. I am not using it to comment on every aspect of the homes, but I do believe this issue is serious enough that future buyers deserve to know about it. I too like Robbin R. am disappointed with my purchase for various reasons. But mainly the poor construction (stucco thin and poorly applied, second floor bedroom sloped and after several attempts still not repaired properly, caulking issues throughout the house, poorly applied and repaired, etc. etc).
