I have seen him only 2 times for this condition. He is a pleasant, thorough, kind doctor, and I feel like he is very knowledgeable about most cancers.
It’s not the doctor that is the issue. It’s the way the scheduling department handles phone calls. It’s upsetting for me to call for an appointment, but only get a voicemail. The phone is not being answered. Also, the messages are not always being returned. I don’t see how that’s acceptable customer/patient service.
Dr. Thudi spends the necessary time to respond to all questions related to diagnostics & prognosis. A well informed physician with great knowledge as Dr. Thudi has is the best partner to have on any dis-ease journey.

Dr. Thudi did a fine of diagnosing my symptoms. The wait time for my first visit in the waiting area was around 42 minutes. Then, it was another 11 minutes in the exam room to see the doctor. Dr. T. asked preliminary questions and I feel he genuinely cared and wanted to provide a solution. I proceeded to do blood work. The wait time was around 11 minutes to get bloodwork done. Very professional and courteous, answered all my questions and explained everything to me in a way I could understand. Would recommend to family and friends.
Dr Thudi took his time to explain my test results and interpretation in simple words which made me comfortable. he seems to be thoroughly knowledgeable in his specialty. I left the clinic with relaxed state of mind.
