Very pleased
Dr Thudi is very knowledgeable and diagnosed me quickly. We discussed options for treatment and made the best choice. The staff is wonderful and cared about me during the entire treatment. He would be my first choice to recommend.
On schedule, answers questions where I could understand,
I have seen him only 2 times for this condition. He is a pleasant, thorough, kind doctor, and I feel like he is very knowledgeable about most cancers.
It’s not the doctor that is the issue. It’s the way the scheduling department handles phone calls. It’s upsetting for me to call for an appointment, but only get a voicemail. The phone is not being answered. Also, the messages are not always being returned. I don’t see how that’s acceptable customer/patient service.
Dr. Thudi spends the necessary time to respond to all questions related to diagnostics & prognosis. A well informed physician with great knowledge as Dr. Thudi has is the best partner to have on any dis-ease journey.
