If I could leave 0 stars I would. I am a provider, and I (unfortunately) have to work with this clinic more than I would like to. Their various providers are PCPs to many of our patients, almost all of which it is near impossible to get important information and documentation from. They ignore faxes and phone calls, give lip service and conflicting stories. One day they say they received the fax and will get us what we need, the next they deny ever receiving it.
