In our most recent transaction they drove from Castle Pines to Longmont in a snowstorm to make sure we were the first people to see a house in the neighborhood we were targeting. Kristen was a huge asset in selling our rental property. She guided us to have the best chance of selling it very quickly. Her extensive network was very helpful to get a staging company, photographer and everything situated in less than 4 days and on the market.
