Despite numerous complaints about the staff at Dr. Whitelaw’s practice, I must add my experience of the exceptionally egregious behavior of this staff, which was toxic, far beyond a lack of caring or professionalism. The behavior of the staff, specifically Teresa at the front desk and the “office manager” were on April 29, 2021, inexcusably abusive to me.
