I made an appointment 2 1/2 months in advance. When I arrived for my appointment I was told that the doctor was out sick. OK, things happen. I asked to see someone else, and was told there was nobody else. I asked for another appointment, and was told that it would be another 2 1/2 months, due to my new patient status. I told them that I found this unacceptable, but they didn't seem to think that I matter. No doctor is worth waiting 5 months to see.
