My 1st visit with Dr. Naray was a very good experience. He had already looked over all the records I had provided and he really listened to my concerns. I was happy when he didn't jump in and offer me medication, he is wanting to get an answer. Also relieved that he is willing to work with me as I am snowbird here only 6 months. His assistant Ava is a breath of fresh air in the office.
Very professional and considerate of his patients health. Dr. Narayanasamy's staff is also very professional and friendly.
The staff here don’t even care about patients or doing their job. It is very difficult to recommend them to anyone when they wait until two days prior to your appointment to ask for medical records not realizing they themselves have the ability to request them from your previous doctor. I leave this review solely on the staff and not the doctor. I would leave it on the actual business but it already is rated a 1 star. The doctor only needs to be held accountable for hiring a staff that doesn’t understand their job
Dr. Narayanasamy is a skilled and understanding practitioner who takes the time to consult with and advise his patients. Most recently he was able to fit me into his schedule over a busy holiday period to ensure my successful outcome. I would recommend this physician without hesitation.
Not pleased at all, and I was extremely patient through this. Numerous delays in getting an appointment. Was told they would call me back and then ghosted me. Lost faxes from my PCP to their office. Was put on hold once so they could "check on something" and ended up on hold for 28 minutes. I finally just hung up and gave up. Interaction (when you could get it) from staff was ok, but you could rarely get them to call you back. Unfortunately, I lost 3-4 weeks messing around with these folks.
