The last month I’ve called just to get updated on my mom’s status and samples. The message was relayed but not responded to. I love Dr. Milani but the staff needs to step up. People lives are on hold due to your lack of enthusiasm and empathy towards there circumstances. Please call us back immediately as we need to see our Dr. sooner.
Dr Malani saved my life. He was my doctor in the ICU when I was hospitalized for massive pulmonary embolism due to an allergy to a prescription medication. I've been his patient for the last year and have made a full recovery. In addition to his expertise, he's extremely kind and understanding. I am so grateful to him.
