Our initial conversations and sit down meeting started with Megan who was informative, helpful and always willing to give us a hand and answer the 1000 questions we had. She provided multiple quotes quickly and allowed us to make late changes to fencing options etc without a single hassle. Simply awesome- some of the best customer service I have ever experienced, in any field. From the moment we engaged Narellan Pools in Dubbo, Brett kept us up-to-date with weekly emails confirming that we were on track and what we needed to do in preparation.
