We had the best experience with Narellan Pools Western Plains. Our initial conversations and sit down meeting started with Megan who was informative, helpful and always willing to give us a hand and answer the 1000 questions we had. She provided multiple quotes quickly and allowed us to make late changes to fencing options etc without a single hassle. Simply awesome- some of the best customer service I have ever experienced, in any field. From the moment we engaged Narellan Pools in Dubbo, Brett kept us up-to-date with weekly emails confirming that we were on track and what we needed to do in preparation. When we had a lot of rain at our farm the week before installation was meant to occur he willingly switched our timeslot with someone else so that we could kick it off when the ground wasn’t as boggy. The team at Dubbo Narellan Pools could not have been more helpful. They were not leaving the premises until we were happy with the installation of our new revolvashade and we knew how to operate it successfully. We were thrilled to receive our Christmas present before Christmas as was hoped for,even though it was a bit last minute that we ordered. Thanks to Megan, Jimmy, Eric and Lachy for all they did to bring this to pass.
