Have attempted 3 times to obtain a quote from narellan pools, have only been called once and promised a follow up email which never arrived. if they are unable to provide a simple quote, then I am not sure I trust them to install a pool.
The pump shed was assembled incorrectly during installation, causing damage that required repair. After the installation, we had to make numerous follow-up calls/emails over several months to find out when the issue would be addressed. Although the pump shed was installed in December 2025, the repairs were not completed until June 2026. 100% would recommend. Brad and his team were wonderful to deal with and made the whole process stress free! Highly organised and knowledgeable. Shows they have been doing this for a long time. We are so happy with how our new pool has turned out. Quality work!
Everything these guys installed broke down at some point. They will talk you into buying things you don’t need. It took them 18 months to repair a pool heater
