Don't expect a response if there is a problem with the pool. Appears we are not only one where Jake dropped the ball and did not complete the job.
2nd Update - our heater is still not installed and cannot be connected or powered up to see if it works. We have had unsatisfactory encounters with the installer, Jake. Communication has been a problem in that we do not receive updates, but we have received demands for completing the payment for the pool even though the install has not been completed (we are "waiting on parts" for the heater) and as far as we are concerned, the final invoice thereby should not yet be paid. The new protocols implemented by Latham over the last 2 years since taking over have led to more and more disappointment for us and for our clients.
****DO NOT TRUST THEM.**** Their contractor took my parent's $40k deposit and ran and then claimed bankruptcy. Narellen then took ZERO accountability, even though they sent them to this clown. Contractors name is Tom Dowling who now owns a new business called Ontario Fiberglass Pools. *****DO NOT TRUST THEM.*****
