Just came home from having my girls stitches removed, from the surgery to post op all the nurses and vets were so caring and gentle and patient with her. She gets anxious at the vet and this one is one of the most lovely and compassionate experiences we’ve had. Thank you to everyone from myself and Lola (Bear).
If I could give more stars I would! My dog had a bad allergic reaction and we were so worried. Within 30 minutes of calling them, my dog was already in the treatment room with the most kind and compassionate vets. My dog is a large and reactive dog and it was only myself with a toddler so the logistics of just getting into the room was tough but they were so helpful in catering to our needs whilst giving us the best care possible. I cannot have enough beautiful words to say about this place. We have been under financial stress but this place was incredibly supportive. Mimmi Nguyen is an incredible Vet. I hope she sees the good she does for people and the community. Even Stefanie the nurse at the front counter was kind and professional and empathetic.
