I had a very disappointing experience here. I dropped my car off a couple of days ago for a morning appointment, as scheduled. I was assured the work would be completed the same day. However, when I called in the afternoon to check the status, I was told the car hadn’t even been taken into the shop, and there was uncertainty about whether it would be ready that day. I have taken my Honda to Nardy on more than a few occasions because it's close to where I live. But no more. Customer service is horrid. Try calling their Service Department. You'll have better luck getting through to someone at the DMV. They recently did a service tune up, and my car is worse than before. I want to go to Nardy for convience sake, so take this review as a request that you do a diagnosis on your Service Department, and fix it!

What a complete waste of time. I had a morning appointment for a recall. Hours later, it turns out they have a backlog of cars. Customer service is non-existent. The service advisor Scotto was less than friendly. In fact, she wasn't friendly to other employees. No courtesy shuttle. No loaner car . Not much of anything here. Except for free coffee, thanks for that much. This may be my last honda vehicle.
