Any review on here with anything positive is a complete lie and/or friend, no way this outfit manages any large building with an iota of success. What I find interesting is that little Joe Nardo has no time to do his actual job, but he has all the time in the world to go on to various forums such as this one, then cut and paste the same response to every negative review. Last year, our Building received a $350,000 Crime Insurance payout after Joe Nardo’s actions as Managing Agent were investigated. And he has now been sued by our Insurance Company for recovery of that amount. I was able to prove he was paying his Maintenance and Cleaning company (Capstone Building Services) in full despite providing a fraction of contractual staff hours. This office either can’t be bothered to do the baseline minimum requirement of doing their job, or they just refuse to. Joe Nardo, if you CAN get him on the phone, is typically a horrifically rude bully to his own clients. But again, that’s if you can even get him. I once, after a fourth unreturned call regarding an active ceiling leak in my apartment, had to threaten to get lawyers involved before he would deign to call me back and deal with the issue in any way. Edited to add that there is a favorable review from an employee, and another favorable review from someone the "management company" has had business dealings with. Nardo and Associates did a poor job in managing our building. They were very difficult to reach, and it was like pulling teeth to get them to do anything, whether it was paperwork for to moving or selling, or a maintenance issue.
